What Is Manifestation?

Manifestation is the transformation of thought into its physical equivalent. It is the process of taking an idea, dream, goal, or vision and taking the necessary steps to make it a reality.

Anything you can dream of can be created in your life.

The Latin root of "manifestation" is "manifestare", which means "to make public". When you manifest, you are literally making your goals and dreams public. You pull them out of your mind into the physical world. This requires focused determination and faith.

Most of the time when you hear someone talking about manifestation, they are talking about intentional manifestation. In reality, however, we unwittingly manifest ourselves all day.

As analytical beings, our thoughts are constantly rethinking our current reality. This causes us to inadvertently manifest more of what we already have (or don't have) in our future.

What is the Law of Attraction?

Auto-Suggestion:

To use this technique, you want to create a clear sentence that describes what you want to manifest. Write the sentence in the present and positive form. Read it aloud every night before bed and every morning when you get up. Say this sentence the way you mean it, with feeling and emotion, if you can.

This will remind and train your subconscious mind to find ways of thinking, people, and opportunities that are aligned with your goal.

You are basically training your subconscious to make your stated reality your actual reality.

Your conscious mind can obviously see that you have no wishes at the moment, but by repeating affirmations daily you are telling your subconscious what to focus on and what to tell the universe that you want.

Positive confirmations:
  • I am in love with the partner of my dreams and he/she is in love with me too.
  • I am changing life and improving the world through my career.
  • I am debt-free.
  • I am a healthy person who eats nutritious food and exercises every day.

Meditation:

Meditation is the process of training your mind to focus on one thing at a time. This is an important part of the manifestation process as you learn how to better take into account your thoughts so that you can get rid of the unhelpful thoughts that stand in your way.

How to Meditate:

All you need is a comfortable seat and focus. The focus could be on your affirmations, a visualization of your goal, your breath, or a candle flame.

It doesn't matter what you focus on, as long as you gently bring your thoughts back to that thing and they drift away every time they wander away.

Since the day we were born you have been constantly bombarded with stimuli begging for your mind's attention. Meditation is designed to undo years of multitasking training so that you become more aware of yourself and your thoughts.

As you become more aware of your thoughts, you will be better able to grasp and correct those that do not serve your hopes and dreams.

Journaling:

If you find that your doubts, fears, to-do lists, dramas, feelings of guilt, and shame keep popping up in meditation, it is time to let go of those thoughts so they don't unconsciously distract your desires.

Journaling is an extremely effective way to reveal, release, and resolve unhelpful thoughts and emotions. Ask your feelings or unhelpful thoughts what purpose they serve, and write the answer in your journal.

Ask them why they are there, who taught you to feel this way, and what they are really trying to tell you. Allow enough time for honest thought by creating a quiet space to be alone.

You can burn the page after you write it so that nobody sees your very personal thoughts. This will bring your unhelpful thoughts to your conscious attention so that you can free them of your energy and focus on your goal of manifestation again.
